About The Role

As The Flying Moa's Business Leader, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of The Flying Moa's operation. Reporting to your Operations Manager, you'll drive performance across people, service, operations, and financial results while creating an environment where both guests and team members love to spend their time.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive exceptional guest experiences
• Take ownership of venue financial performance, including sales growth, labour management, wage control, and profitability
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Work closely with support teams and operational leaders to deliver initiatives
