Our client is a Crown Entity with a strong monitoring and regulatory focus. It works hard to ensure our environment, whether commercial or social, is safe for us all, with the aim to save lives and prevent harm.

The Manager position is at tier-three reporting to a Deputy Chief Executive, accountable for translating organisational strategy and frameworks, into multi-year external programmes. Leading an experienced team, there is a focus on harm prevention outcomes in partnership with the sector and others. The role will maintain a system-level view across external programmes with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and benefit realisation. Working across the organisation, the Manager ensures an integrated, collaborative and outcomes-focussed approach to programme delivery and regulatory approach.

To be considered for this important role, you must have proven leadership experience that includes people, strategy, programme delivery, and stewardship. As a person you will be systems-thinking and delivery-focused. It would be helpful to have experience working in a regulatory environment and/or harm prevention and you must be collaborative and an effective relationship developer.
