Learning & Development Advisor | Short-Term Contract | Auckland
Are you an L&D professional who loves making learning happen and can hit the ground running?
We’re partnering with a high-profile, innovative organisation that needs an adaptable L&D Advisor to provide immediate, hands-on support within their People & Culture team.
Due to some recent team changes, we are looking for someone who can step in, pick up the reins, and keep their learning initiatives moving. We are on the hunt for a confident professional who is comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of their deliverables.
- Full-time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Auckland (onsite)
- Competitive rate + 8% holiday pay, plus free parking!
What you’ll be doing:
- Facilitation & Delivery:Running engaging training sessions and delivering learning programmes to different audiences.
- Content & Resources:Designing, updating, and rolling out practical learning content and resources.
- Stakeholder Partnering:Working directly with managers to identify immediate learning needs and support capability initiatives.
- Programme Coordination:Managing the end-to-end logistics for learning events.
- Systems Support:Providing hands-on support across their LMS and digital learning tools.
Who we’re looking for: You might be an established L&D Advisor, or a strong L&D Coordinator looking for a step up. As long as you have some facilitation experience and the ability to work independently without close supervision, we want to hear from you. Most importantly, you are practical, adaptable, and comfortable getting stuck right into the work.
