The Opportunity
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support Gallagher Security's Chief Executive and Executive Team. Sitting at the centre of a dynamic global business, you'll play a key role in enabling effective leadership through proactive support, thoughtful coordination, and outstanding execution.
Acting as a trusted partner, you'll bring clarity and momentum to executive priorities across calendars, travel, meetings, communications, events, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure leaders are informed, prepared, and able to focus on the opportunities and decisions that drive our success.
Your Role At a Glance
- Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive – Security, managing calendars, workflow, priorities, correspondence, travel, expenses and day-to-day administration
- Coordinate Executive Team meetings, leadership forums, governance processes, reporting cycles and key events, from preparation through to follow-up
- Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, papers, presentations, communications and pre-reads that support clear decision-making and effective executive delivery
- Track decisions, actions, dependencies and reporting commitments, keeping progress visible and ensuring important follow-through is completed
- Support projects, process improvements, stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration across Gallagher Security and the wider Gallagher Group
About You
You're an accomplished Executive Assistant who combines exceptional organisation with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Confident supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast-moving environment, you're skilled at anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring important initiatives continue to move forward.
With excellent judgement, strong relationship-building skills, and a high level of discretion, you quickly become a trusted partner to those you support. You thrive in environments where adaptability, professionalism, and attention to detail are valued, and where your contribution has a visible impact on business success.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience providing executive support to a Chief Executive, executive leader or senior leadership team
- Strong capability managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, correspondence, meeting logistics and executive administration
- Experience coordinating governance processes, leadership meetings, reporting cycles, actions and follow-up across multiple stakeholders
- Confidence preparing and quality-checking reports, presentations, papers, briefings and executive communications
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with confidence learning new systems
- Exposure to process improvement, project coordination, office management or cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working with global stakeholders, multiple time zones or executive-level business rhythms would be an advantage
