Facilities Coordinator

Your Impact

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Papakura, supporting the day-to-day operation of site facilities and services to help maintain a safe, secure and efficient working environment. Working closely with the Site Services Manager, you'll coordinate a variety of activities across facilities, contractor management, site inductions, permit-to-work processes, security administration and EHS support, making this an excellent opportunity to broaden your operational experience and build exposure across multiple site functions.

Please note: This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site services, including cleaning, waste management, landscaping and catering services
• Support reception activities and manage visitor, contractor and employee inductions
• Administer permit-to-work processes and maintain contractor documentation
• Support site security processes, access control activities and contractor management requirements
• Assist with EHS initiatives, PPE management, audits and safety documentation
• Maintain site records, reports and service tracking information
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service standards are met
• Provide support for key site services during periods of Site Services Manager leave or absence

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience in administration, facilities, site coordination or a similar operational support role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping capabilities
• Confidence working with contractors, service providers and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
• An interest in facilities, EHS, contractor management or site services coordination
