Sports Coordinator

Our busy Sports Department would like an energetic and enthusiastic Sports Coordinator to join the team.

The permanent position is for 40 hours per week, term time only (school holidays are not worked), and reports to the Director of Sport. The starting date is mid October or by negotiation.

Wellington Girls' College runs one of Wellington’s largest school sport programmes.

We are looking for a person with excellent organisational and communication skills, with great attention to detail. The ability to take the initiative, work independently and multi-task is also a must.

Due to the nature of the role, there will be some weekend and evening work to attend games, events, team trials or meetings.

The remuneration will be according to the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement.
