At IDEA Services, we support people with intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives at home and in their communities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals, grow in confidence, and live life on their terms.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

• Preferably previous experience in caregiving or providing personal care for adults.
• A calm nature and confidence to work with challenging behaviours.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts.
• Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support.
• Full NZ driver's license.
