Parts Specialist

The Opportunity

As a Parts Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting both our customers and workshop operations through the accurate identification, sourcing, ordering, and supply of parts and accessories. Working closely with customers, technicians, and suppliers, you will help ensure equipment downtime is minimised and service excellence is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service
• Utilising your highly developed communication skills to assist customers and workshop staff with parts identification and parts support enquiries
• Selling parts and accessories over the counter and to the dealership’s workshop
• Ordering parts, receipting stock, organising deliveries and following up to meet expected timeframes
• Acquiring parts from other sources as required
• Processing invoices and payments accurately
• Supporting stock control, bin locations, and general warehouse administrative activities
• Ensuring regular housekeeping and security needs are met
• Exercising strong computer skills, data entry accuracy and attention to detail

• High level of computer literacy
• Ability to perform under pressure and to multitask in a time driven environment
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Service Operations experience would be a bonus
• Right to Work in New Zealand and a current driver's license is necessary
