The role: Team Lead – Conveyor belt 10:30am – 7:00pm

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to lead our day shift working on the Conveyor Belt within our Distribution Centre. This role is more than just keeping boxes moving. It's about keeping people engaged, performance flowing, and creating a team culture that drives results every day.

In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day operation, ensuring the team works safely, collaboratively, and efficiently to keep customer orders moving through the business. You'll coach, support, and motivate your team, helping them achieve their goals while identifying opportunities to improve performance and ways of working.

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, creating a culture of accountability, and leading by example to ensure every team member feels supported and empowered to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating your team to achieve daily productivity, accuracy, and service targets
• Coaching team members through regular feedback, development conversations, and one-on-one meetings
• Creating a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Allocating resources and workload to maximise team effectiveness
• Partnering with the wider Distribution Centre and across the business to ensure customer needs are met
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintaining safe work practices and championing Health & Safety standards
• Supporting performance management, goal setting, and ongoing capability development
• Maintaining team procedures and ensuring operational consistency

• Enjoy adapting to problem solve - managing exceptions and escalations as they come up through the day,

• Has a strong understanding of Health Safety and Wellbeing processes
