Customer Specialist - Blenheim

We're looking for a customer-focused and people-oriented Customer Specialist to join our Blenheim Advice Centre on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a Monday to Friday position, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of New Zealand's leading banks while enjoying excellent work-life balance.

Te tūranga | The role

As a Customer Specialist, you'll be the welcoming face of ASB for our customers, helping them with their everyday banking needs and delivering exceptional service at every interaction.

No two days are the same. You'll support customers with transactions, account enquiries, digital banking solutions and identifying opportunities to connect them with the right specialist when additional support is needed.

You'll work alongside a supportive team that's passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals while making a meaningful difference in the Blenheim community.

We're Interested In People Who

• Have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres, administration or other customer-facing environments
• Enjoy building relationships and helping people find solutions
• Are confident using technology and learning new systems
• Have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Thrive in a team environment while taking ownership of their work
• Demonstrate our values of Care, Courage and Curiosity in the way they work and interact with others

Banking experience is helpful, but it's your attitude, customer focus and desire to make a difference that matter most.
