We're looking for a General Hand to join our team at the iconic Walter Peak High Country Farm. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. From welcoming guests and supporting daily operations to keeping our grounds looking their best, you'll play an important part in delivering the exceptional experiences Walter Peak is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Supporting the daily operation of Walter Peak
• Welcoming and assisting guests as they arrive
• Maintaining wharves, pathways, staff facilities, and public areas
• Helping with stores, deliveries, stock management, and food service support
• Managing rubbish and recycling across the site
• Splitting and stacking firewood for BBQ operations
• Operating company vehicles and completing vehicle checks
• Working alongside a passionate team to ensure every guest has a great experience

What We're Looking For

• Enjoys physical, hands-on work
• Loves working outdoors in all conditions
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoys meeting people and providing great customer service
• Works well as part of a team
• Takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well presented
• Holds a full New Zealand Driver Licence
