Help keep our national transport network safe, compliant, and running smoothly. Variety, ownership, and a great team environment

What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Keep transport, fleet, safety, and compliance admin running smoothly across our NZ distribution network
  • Stay on top of licences, certifications, vehicle compliance, and other key requirements
  • Maintain accurate driver training, competency, and compliance records
  • Support incident investigations, safety reporting, and follow-up actions
  • Manage Dangerous Goods documentation, compliance reporting, and audit support
  • Look for ways to improve systems, processes, and overall compliance performance

What Makes You Great

  • Experience in transport, logistics, fleet, compliance, or a similar environment
  • A good understanding of NZ transport regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong admin skills with great attention to detail
  • Confidence using systems like EROAD, MyOSH, SAP, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar
  • The ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a range of people
  • A proactive, organised approach with a strong safety-first mindset
