We are currently recruiting for a busy, warm and lovely family in Herne Bay who are looking for a long-term Nanny to become a valued part of their household. The family has three energetic boys — a 4-year-old and 2-year-old twins — who all attend daycare Monday to Friday. The role involves afternoon and evening support during the week, from approximately 4:00pm or 5:00pm until 8:30pm, along with weekend support from 9:00am to 8:00pm. We understand this is a substantial number of hours for one Nanny, so the family is very happy to consider two or three Nannies sharing the role and would love to hear what days and hours you are available for. The boys are active, curious and love getting out and about, so afternoons may include collecting them from daycare, heading to the park, museum or zoo, enjoying play and activities, helping with dinner, baths and the evening routine, and settling them into bed around 8:00pm. Mum and Dad both work from home and are nearby and available to help when needed, making this a supportive team environment where the Nanny works alongside the parents to manage three busy little boys. The family also has a live-in Nanny who is transitioning into more of a housekeeping and cooking role, although she will always be available to assist with the children when required. There are also two miniature Schnauzers in the household. The ideal Nanny will be warm, energetic and confident with young children, have experience caring for multiple children (ideally twins), enjoy an active lifestyle with children, and be organised, reliable and proactive. Most importantly, they are looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside parents, enjoys being part of a busy family environment and is interested in a long-term position. A Nanny car is provided for the children’s care.
