Your work will help identify error trends, emerging risks and opportunities to strengthen operational performance and financial crime controls.

- Implementing and maintaining data management processes that support effective tracking, analysis and reporting of QA metrics.
- Working with technical stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting solutions, automation and the efficiency of QA processes.
- Translating analysis into clear recommendations that strengthen financial crime detection and prevention processes, operational performance and risk management.
- Identifying and escalating risk, conduct or quality issues, and supporting practical actions to address root causes and recurring themes.
- Maintaining QA frameworks and best practices, including a QA completeness approach that supports accuracy, consistency and compliance.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reporting through automation, digital transformation and continuous improvement.
