No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

  • Lead quality assurance across Tower's Digital and Core Insurance platforms, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scripts, and defect management processes across projects and agile squads.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support UAT, manage quality risks, and drive successful releases.
  • Mentor junior Test Analysts and help evolve Tower's testing frameworks, standards, and automation practices

You'll know you're thriving in this role when you:

  • Become a trusted quality leader, providing clear testing direction and quality assurance across multiple initiatives.
  • Enhance Tower's testing frameworks, processes, and standards to improve delivery quality and consistency.
  • Increase automation coverage by effectively leveraging UI and API test results to inform testing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with squads, project teams, and stakeholders, enabling quality-first delivery practices.
  • Support the growth of the QA Practice through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you'll need

  • 5+ years as a Testing Practitioner, undertaking test planning, estimating, scripting, execution
  • Experience running and reviewing Automation test results on both UI and API layer
  • Confidence and ability to lead and represent the testing within a squad or on a Project or Program, reporting back to the wider QA Community
  • Firm understanding of SDLC and of Agile Product
  • Demonstrable ability to lead QA across complex workstreams
  • Ability to facilitate and support business UAT
