VinLink Vintage Team 2027

VinLink Marlborough, one of Marlborough’s modern and efficient wineries, is located in the Riverlands, just a 10-minute drive from Blenheim’s CBD. VinLink has been specifically built and designed for Marlborough’s signature grape variety Sauvignon Blanc and crushes around 25,000 tonnes each year.

We are looking for cellar and laboratory applicants with a range of experience, who have a strong safety focus, a reasonable level of physical fitness, and are available to work from late-February/early-March until the end of the grape intake (typically 6 to 8 weeks). The possibility to work beyond vintage will be available for the right applicant(s) to help us in post-production.

All successful applicants will receive a welcome pack during their first weeks of employment to support them throughout Vintage. Meals will also be provided once 12-hour shifts commence, along with in-house induction and role-specific training.

All employees are expected to prioritize health and safety, maintain high-quality standards, follow our processes and procedures, and contribute positively to a supportive and respectful work culture.

We have a great training program in place, competitive pay rates, and other attractive incentives, so if this sounds like the place for you, keep reading to see what roles we have available for vintage 2027.
