We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Property Manager to support the management of a diverse property portfolio across Auckland. Working alongside experienced property professionals, you'll play a key role in lease administration, portfolio management, and client service delivery, ensuring our occupier clients receive strategic and operational support that helps them maximise the value of their property assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of a diverse occupier property portfolio, ensuring a high standard of service delivery for clients.
- Administer lease management activities, including lease renewals, rent reviews, critical dates, and lease compliance obligations.
- Prepare client reporting, portfolio updates, and property insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance programmes, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Support budgeting, financial management, invoice processing, and lease-related reconciliations across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, service providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful property outcomes.
Qualifications
The Value you'll add
- 2+ years' experience in property management, occupier services, lease administration, or a related property discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in lease management, including lease renewals, rent reviews, lease compliance, and critical date management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
