As a Product Manager, Personal Lending Transformation in our Personal Digital, Strategy & Execution team, you'll play a key role in improving and transforming our personal lending experiences for customers, helping ANZ deliver simpler, faster and more seamless lending journeys. The team exists to create better customer outcomes by bringing together product, technology and business expertise to deliver meaningful change.

Ka aha tō rā e kite ai? - What will your day look like
You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering improvements across ANZ's personal lending customer journeys, working closely with technology, product and business stakeholders to turn customer needs into practical solutions. You'll help prioritise opportunities, support delivery teams and ensure customers remain at the centre of decision making.
- Partner with Product, Technology and a range of business stakeholders to deliver improvements to personal lending experiences for customers.
- Support the delivery of strategic lending initiatives, balancing customer experience, commercial outcomes and risk considerations.
- Use customer insights and data to help prioritise work, recommend solutions and guide decision making.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the personal lending roadmap, helping deliver customer value more efficiently and effectively.

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience working in product management, customer journey delivery, digital transformation, or a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across different teams and disciplines.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make evidence-based decisions using customer insights and data.
- Experience supporting the delivery of projects, product enhancements, or large-scale business change initiatives.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn new content, ways of working and emerging industry trends.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and creating better customer experiences.
