Finance Manager – AP/AR

Our ideal person will have led an AP/AR team in a medium-large complex organisation, for at least four years, with a proven track record of impressive process and system improvements. In this role you won’t be sitting on the sidelines you will be right in the thick of it:

• Leading a team that touches every part of the business
• Playing a key role in our process transformation and system evolution
• Driving continuous improvement and embedding smarter ways of working
• Partnering globally across a fast-moving, export-led company

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and develop your team, as well as:

• Own Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and control across all transactions
• Deliver smooth, reliable month-end and year-end processes
• Develop and establish an enhanced global process of end to end P2P and O2C cycles
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger entries, and credit card controls
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders internally, hub teams in different markets and external partners
