You'll Combine Strategic Thinking With Practical Commercial Leadership By

• Providing trusted commercial and financial advice to senior leaders
• Influencing business strategy, planning and operational decision-making
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and performance management across the portfolio
• Supporting investment decisions, business cases and capital projects
• Turning complex financial and operational information into meaningful insights
• Leading and developing a capable and engaged finance team
• Contributing to the wider Finance Leadership Team and the future direction of finance across Ngāi Tahu Holdings Corporation

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced finance professional who has successfully partnered with senior operational leaders and understands how to balance strategic thinking with execution.

You'll Likely Bring

• CA qualification (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in commercial finance, business partnering or senior finance leadership roles
• A track record of influencing leaders and contributing to business strategy
• Strong commercial acumen and sound decision-making capability
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
• Confidence engaging with executive, governance and external stakeholders
• A continuous improvement mindset and interest in leveraging systems, technology and data

While farming experience would be advantageous, it's not essential. We're equally interested in experienced commercial finance professionals who have partnered with operational businesses and can quickly build credibility in a complex and dynamic environment.
