About The Opportunities

These roles will sit at the centre of a large‑scale marine and civil infrastructure programme. Whether you are early in your engineering journey or a seasoned project leader, you will be involved in delivering complex works across:

  • Marine infrastructure
  • Structures
  • Earthworks
  • Utilities
  • Multi‑staged civil construction

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating and delivering multidisciplinary work packages
  • Leading planning, methodology, and daily site operations
  • Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and key project interfaces
  • Ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and environmental performance
  • Developing construction programmes and monitoring progress
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and supporting commercial outcomes
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
  • Engaging with clients, consultants, iwi (Indigenous Māori partners), and local stakeholders
  • Playing a pivotal role in a project that enhances national resilience and connectivity

About You
