GetWise is ASB's financial literacy programme for primary and intermediate school students. Through engaging classroom sessions, we help young New Zealanders build the confidence, knowledge, and skills they need to make informed decisions about money.

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused GetWise Programme Coordinator to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and making a positive difference behind the scenes by helping more schools access the programme.

Te tūranga | The role

The purpose of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with schools, connecting them with the GetWise programme through proactive outreach, excellent customer service, and effective booking administration.

You'll be responsible for generating and nurturing school leads, converting opportunities into bookings, and managing the booking process from end to end. Working closely with schools and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure bookings are accurately managed, programme information is communicated clearly, and schools receive a seamless experience throughout their engagement with GetWise.

As GetWise Programme Coordinator, You Will

  • Conduct phone and email outreach to qualify, nurture, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Manage programme bookings and scheduling in line with school requirements and programme parameters.
  • Maintain accurate information within the CRM system and support data integrity.
  • Identify new school contacts and opportunities to expand programme reach.
  • Build positive relationships with schools and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate issues where required to support prompt resolution and continuous improvement.

Based at ASB's North Wharf office in Wynyard Quarter, this is a 6-month fixed-term position working 20 hours per week.

Required hours as folows: 5 hours per day x 4 days a week, 12 noon - 5pm Tues-Thurs and 8.30 – 1.30pm on Fridays. 3 days being on site at the North Wharf office.

You'll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideally, you'll bring a combination of some of the following:

  • Experience in customer service, administration, stakeholder engagement, bookings, or sales support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence building relationships over the phone and via email.
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar databases.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
