About The Role

As a Guest Service Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them and providing clear information about our products and experiences. You’ll ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience while handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is customer-focused and can adapt to a flexible schedule. This role involves working rostered shifts, primarily on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.

The perfect candidate will bring

• A warm, positive attitude and great communication skills
• Attention to detail and confidence in handling cash and point-of-sale systems
• The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced team
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or guest service (a bonus!)
