Role Summary

As Finance Manager, you’ll own month-end close, customer billing and treasury accounting, while mentoring two direct reports. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with finance leadership, you’ll help drive the shift to a more automated, AI-enabled finance function as the business scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.

Key Responsibilities

• Own an accurate and streamlined month end process
• Manage customer billing end to end
• Lead treasury management and cash flow oversight
• Provide final approval on all payment processing
• Champion automation and AI tools to modernise reporting and reduce manual work
• Review systems and processes across the business
• Analyse spend to separate value-adding cost from waste
• Mentor and develop two direct reports

Key Skills & Experience Required

• CA qualified (or equivalent)
• Big 4 background highly regarded, plus industry experience
• Comfortable operating in a multi-entity or intercompany environment
• Thrives at pace in a fast-scaling, fast-changing business
• Strong ERP systems skills (NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365 or similar), with an interest in automation and AI tools
• Proven people leadership or mentoring experience
• Inventory exposure an advantage, not essential
