Support Worker - Tauranga (Part time)

• Various Tauranga locations
• Permanent part time positions - (30 to 50 hours per fortnight)
• Shift lengths will vary but you must have availability for rostered shifts between 7am and 7pm.
• Weekend availability is required

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

Previous relevant experience is preferred, but more importantly, we are looking for someone with varied life experience and the right attitude.

• Brings previous experience in support work, caregiving, or personal care (preferred but not essential).
• Remains calm under pressure and is confident supporting people with complex needs and behaviours.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support.
• Full NZ driver's license is required.
• Must have full legal rights to work in NZ.
