Financial Accountant

The Role

This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality financial management, reporting and accounting services across the organisation.

You will contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. This is a trusted advisory role where your insights will support both operational and strategic decision-making. You will also work closely with stakeholders to enhance financial processes, strengthen controls and drive ongoing improvements.

Role Requirements

• Relevant accounting qualification, ideally CAANZ, CPA or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting and internal controls
• Experience preparing reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
