Wakefield Hospital is Wellington's largest private hospital and proud member of the Evolution Healthcare group. We are entering an exciting new chapter following the opening of our state-of-the-art hospital facility. We're seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future performance, culture and growth of the hospital.

This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for multiple operational functions including the Specialist Centre, Reception and Administration teams, Housekeeping, and Support Services.

We're looking for a commercially astute leader who can be the 2IC to the GM in a major hospital and inspire teams, build accountability, improve performance and create a culture where people thrive.
