The opportunity - Te tūranga

As the Campaign Executive, reporting to Campaign Manager in our Revenue team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a portfolio of linear advertising campaigns from the initial brief, through daily monitoring, to campaign post analysis (including sponsorships).

· Ensure customer advertising placement and buying requirements are delivered on time, on budget and on plan. Ensure all sponsorship obligations are set in place and managed with care.

· Accurate data entry of buying requirements and creative into the relevant operating systems.

· Maintain and track campaign performance including spend, discount, and CPT

· Manage advertiser instructions and material ensuring it adheres to industry standards

· Demonstrate competency and understanding of all relevant operating tools and systems.

· Able to cope in high pressure situations and understand the priority of tasks and deadlines.

This is a 12-Month Fixed Term contract.

Experience and Knowledge

· Passion and knowledge of the advertising & broadcasting industry and the changing media landscape.

· Tertiary qualification in Communication, Advertising and/or Media preferred.

· Computer literate and able to learn new operating systems quickly.

· Reasonable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
