The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Property Infrastructure - Project Manager to join a high-performing team working across a broad portfolio of projects.
This position is ideal for someone who has already gained some project management experience and is ready to step into a more commercially focused consulting environment. Working closely with senior project professionals, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical project management capability while building trusted relationships with clients and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting the planning and delivery of infrastructure and capital projects
- Managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting activities
- Coordinating consultants, specialist advisors, and contractor teams
- Leading project workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Assisting with procurement processes, contract management, and governance reporting
- Identifying project risks and opportunities while helping drive successful outcomes
Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be an organised and motivated professional who enjoys working with people and delivering results.
You Will Ideally Have
- 2-5 years' experience within project delivery, project management, construction, infrastructure, property, transport, law or a related sector
- Exposure to projects from planning through to execution and completion
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Confidence preparing reports, facilitating meetings, and managing project information
- Sound commercial awareness and understanding of project controls
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, construction, engineering, property, or a related discipline
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
