As the face of NZ Post out in the community, you'll connect with our customers as you deliver their mail and parcels. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll process and sort mail from our Tauranga Depot. You will also provide operational and admin support within the depot. This means your time will be split between being out on the road delivering mail (using E-bike) and helping out in-branch. This could include processing returns, redirections or difficult letters. You could also help delivering our "overflow bags" out to other Delivery Agents. The role is a real chance to experience what we value most at NZ Post.

Delivery Agents are a hardy bunch, all united by one mission – to deliver for New Zealand.

Shift

Tuesday to Friday: 06:30 - 10:30 and Saturday: 06:30 - 09:30

We are looking for people who love to get the job done! Can you tick off the following?

• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
• Reliable transport to get to work on time
• Clean restricted drivers license and your own vehicle
• Physically fit and comfortable riding an E-Bike
• Have a high level of numeracy and literacy - so you can get all that addressing information sorted!
• Experience completing administrative work
• Ensure your own and the health and safety of your colleagues
• Going the extra mile to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
