We're looking for two customer-focused Home Ownership Managers to join our Christchurch team, with opportunities available in both our Riccarton and Rangiora Advice Centres.

Whether you're an experienced lender, a Personal Banking Consultant looking for your next challenge, or someone passionate about helping customers reach their home ownership goals, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Home Ownership Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers realise their home ownership aspirations while supporting their broader financial wellbeing. You'll build trusted relationships, provide personalised advice, and guide customers through every stage of their home ownership journey.

About The Role

In this rewarding role, you'll:

• Help customers achieve their home ownership goals and improve their financial wellbeing.
• Conduct meaningful Financial Needs Analysis conversations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Support customers through every stage of the lending journey, from application through to settlement.
• Build lasting relationships and identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining strong risk management practices.
• Coach customers on digital banking solutions and help them get the most from their banking experience.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure customers receive the right support when needed.

• Have banking, lending, financial services, sales, or customer relationship experience.
