Precast Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you'll help the team hit our production schedule and output targets — while keeping morale positive and championing a strong health and safety culture on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the production schedule to help achieve the daily production plan
• Set up and assemble moulds, place reinforcement, and cast, pour and finish concrete products
• Strip and dismantle forms once concrete has cured, and mark product against production drawings
• Operate power tools, forklift and concrete-mixing equipment safely
• Complete quality control sheets and act immediately on any non-conformances
• Keep your work area clean, safe and to standard

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience with precast concrete products
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Sound decision-making and a practical, get-it-done approach
• Strong communication skills
• Able to safely manage manual handling up to 25kg
• A practical understanding of workshop health and safety standards
• F endorsement desirable
