About The Role

The Warehouse Operator/Trade Counter Sales is a full-time position, based at Addington, Christchurch. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Potters Trade Centre team and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

In This Role, You Will

  • Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)
  • Assist in the day-to-day activities within the store and within the warehouse.
  • Accurately receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch inventory.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate customer pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
  • Processing orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
  • Assist in driving WHSE initiatives throughout the branch
  • A forklift licence is essential to perform warehouse duties.

Your hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and flexibility maybe required to support the business from time to time.
