What You'll Need
Ideally, you will already hold current NZTA WoF and CoF A Vehicle Inspector authorities.
If you don't yet hold these authorities, you must have the qualifications or relevant automotive experience required to meet NZTA's eligibility criteria. There are several pathways available based on your qualifications and years of hands-on experience.

You will also need
- A full and current New Zealand driver's licence
- A relevant automotive trade qualification or sufficient practical experience to meet NZTA requirements
- Strong mechanical or vehicle inspection experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right
- A reliable, safety-focused approach
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your team
