Project Manager

Your Responsibilities Would Be To

• Observe operational processes, performance data, and frontline experience to identify constraints, waste, risk, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse operational, quality, service, and financial data to validate root causes and quantify opportunities.
• Develop project scopes, business cases, benefits, measures, risks, and implementation plans with senior managers.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation and benefits verification, applying Lean and continuous improvement methods.
• Engage managers, team leaders, frontline employees, and partner businesses to build practical solutions and sustained ownership.
• Transfer completed initiatives to the accountable manager, and report progress and recommendations to the Senior Operations Management Team.

The successful candidate will also have the following

• Demonstrated experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, Lean, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical capability — confident with Excel and preferably Power BI, plus a practical interest in how AI and digital tools support problem-solving.
• Experience scoping and project-managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to link operational performance to customer and financial outcomes.
• Confident communication, with the credibility to influence senior leaders and frontline teams without formal authority.
