Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga – About The Role
Working fronm our central city Cashel Street Box Lobby, our Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. You'll process mail, freight and small packages for our box lobby holders so some heavy lifting will be required. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

Mōu - About You
- Be available to work Monday 1.30pm to 5.30pm and Tuesday to Friday 1.45pm to 5.45pm
- Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
- Administration and data entry skills
- Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
