We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Transformation professional to join our Modernisation Office team. Reporting into our Core Banking Transformation Executive, the key focus of this role is to support the Modernisation Office. This Office supports the Core, Customer and Payments Modernisation Programmes. This includes a variety of programme level operational and support responsibilities such as preparations of reports for Executive, Board and Regulators which will involve providing consulting support to ensure reports are documented to a high standard for presentation.

Using a consultative engagement approach, you will interact with a range of stakeholders across all levels and be comfortable presenting to various groups, including our senior leadership community.

• The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business and drive outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal, numerical and analytical skills, being able to present strategic outcomes, make the complex simple, and present compelling presentations and proposals.
• You will be a good problem solver with the ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure.
• Extensive financial services background, with 7 of more years' experience in strategic development, through consulting or professional services
• Highly proficient use of tools, eg MS office, Azure DevOp & collaboration tools
