What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for supporting compliance with all elements of JFC’s business systems and delivery of its strategic organisational objectives.

  • Supporting the consistent delivery of quality work across multiple project sites.
  • Building organisational capability related to the effective implementation and maintenance of established Management Systems
  • The ability to maintain relevant external system accreditation and certification
  • Internal systems compliance auditing and reporting
  • Gatekeeping the organisations references, records, processes and procedures related to established Management Systems
  • Leading and facilitating Management System reviews.
  • Supporting non-conformance investigation and the identification of organisational and systemic contributing factors.
  • Developing the Company’s internal capability around the management of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental considerations and requirements.
  • You will ensure that the Company’s goals and strategy are achieved on Contracts, Sites and Projects and that the implementation of the Quality Management System meets agreed levels of performance.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes to succeed in this position:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working within construction/engineering environment, preferably in NZ
  • Understanding and interpretation of New Zealand legislation and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Standard requirements (or training can be provided)
  • Demonstrated experience in effective management of externally certified Management Systems (for experienced applicants)
  • A service focused approach to achieving continuous improvement, compliance and best practice
