We are looking for motivated, energetic people for our team to take on responsibilities including,(though not limited to) vegetation control tasks in our local parks and reserves.

What does a Vegetation Control Operator do, you ask?

This position involves spray operations and vegetation control tasks; including plant and pest identification, application of organic herbicide to control weeds, general parks vegetation maintenance, planting, pruning roses, shrubs, herbaceous perennials, mowing, rubbish collection and turf maintenance. You will also participate in the annual clean-up which includes pruning, hedge trimming and pest control.

As part of a wider team, these role present opportunities for advancement and promotion within the business.

About You

Not only will you have a passion for the outdoors, you will also have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not a necessity!
  • A minimum current full driver's licence and with the ability to drive manual
  • A commitment to upholding our company's Health and Safety policies to keep yourself, your team and your community safe
  • A desire and enthusiasm to complete every job to the highest standard
  • A positive, can-do attitude, that shows a willingness to learn and grow
