What you’ll do
As a graduate, you’ll join our Business Advisory or Tax team, working alongside experienced professionals on real client work. You'll build deep expertise and contributing to meaningful client work.

About You
We’re looking for graduates who:
- Are in their final year of study or graduated within the past 24 months
- Majored in accounting and plan to become a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ or CPA pathway)
- Have the right to work in New Zealand
- Ideally have part-time work experience, volunteer experience or involvement in extracurricular activities
- Bring initiative, adaptability and strong analytical skills. Graduates who can embrace technology, think critically and communicate effectively will thrive as accountants.
Graduate intake details
- Start Date: February 2027
- Locations: Auckland (hybrid working; 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland CBD)
- Roles available in: Business advisory and Tax
