Southern Institute of Technology (SIT) is seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Marketing Student Liaison.

Are you a people person who can strike up a conversation with anyone?

SIT is looking for a Marketing Student Liaison to be the friendly face and trusted voice for prospective students. This is a varied role where you'll help students explore their study options, answer enquiries, support events, and provide an exceptional first impression of SIT.

What you'll do

  • Respond to student enquiries across phone, email, website and face-to-face channels.
  • Become an expert on SIT's programmes, pathways and student support services.
  • Guide prospective students and whānau towards the right study options.
  • Support open days, careers expos, campus tours and recruitment events
  • Assist with marketing administration and maintain accurate enquiry records
  • Represent SIT with energy, professionalism and pride.

  • Loves helping people and delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Is a genuine advocate for student success and a cheerleader for SIT.

Experience in customer service, marketing, administration, student recruitment or a similar people-focused role would be an advantage.
