The Role
As a Senior Water Engineer, you will take a lead role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the three waters sector, including drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
You will combine deep technical capability with project leadership, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes from concept through to construction. This role will see you influencing solutions, mentoring engineers, and supporting the growth of the organisation’s water capability.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior water engineering role, within the three waters sector
- Strong design and delivery experience across water, wastewater, or stormwater projects
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage project delivery
- Experience managing programmes, budgets, and project quality outcomes
- Confidence building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects successfully to programme and budget
- Relevant Washington Accord engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Solid understanding of responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act
