We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Operator to join their team based in Māngere.

About The Role

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties within a fast-paced distribution environment, including:

  • Operating a reach forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse
  • Loading, unloading, stacking, and moving stock accurately
  • Picking and packing orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
  • Conducting daily pre-start equipment checks and reporting faults or damage promptly
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Always demonstrating a strong commitment to health and safety

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current Reach Forklift License and relevant operating experience
  • Clean Ministry of Justice Report
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transport to and from work
