In this role, fostering a curious mindset will be crucial as you support the translation of our strategy into key results and initiatives that underpin Kiwibank's ambitions. By actively seeking knowledge through close engagement with the business, triangulating data from experts, and leveraging your performance mindset and applying critical thinking, you will collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights on performance, highlighting what really matters and providing clarity on what actions are required to deliver on our outcomes.

You might be someone who
- Enjoys connecting the dots between data, insights and business outcomes.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way.

- Is commercially curious and interested in understanding what drives organisational performance.

- Uses critical thinking to challenge assumptions and make informed recommendations.
We're open to different backgrounds and career stages. You may have gained experience through:
- A consulting or business partnering role.
- Supporting strategic reporting, business performance, planning or insights activities.
- Working with data and translating information into meaningful recommendations.
- Contributing to projects that have helped improve business outcomes or performance.
- Finance, strategy, consulting, analytics or other commercially focused environments.
While experience in these areas would be valuable, we're equally interested in people who demonstrate strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to grow.
