We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis, through to November.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in helping create a positive employee experience across the organisation. You'll provide communications, administration and coordination support for a range of initiatives including employee engagement, wellbeing, learning and development, onboarding, and staff events.

Based at Hamer Street, you will support the delivery of a variety of employee-focused activities including staff events, health and wellbeing initiatives, learning and the administration of employee benefits. From drafting internal communications and coordinating events to preparing meeting minutes and supporting employee-focused initiatives, no two days will be the same.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys building strong relationships. You'll be confident juggling multiple priorities, picking up new systems quickly, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Accountabilities include

  • Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing, learning and development initiatives, and staff events.
  • Draft and upload internal communications such as employee updates.
  • Prepare meeting documents and generate reports as needed.
  • Support onboarding activities and employee benefits administration.
  • Prepare and review employment documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the delivery of the annual Employee Engagement Survey and other People & Culture initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in the role you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
  • Experience preparing meeting minutes and managing follow-up actions.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience using multiple systems and quickly learning new technologies and processes.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work from other locations as required.
