Te tūranga | The role

As a Customer Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with a wide range of everyday banking needs. No two days are the same.

You'll

• Build genuine relationships with customers
• Support customers with their day-to-day banking needs
• Educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools
• Ask great questions to understand customer needs
• Deliver personalised solutions and exceptional service
• Work closely with a supportive team that is passionate about helping people

You don't need banking experience to be successful in this role.

We'd Love To Hear From You If You

• Have recently completed university or are early in your career
• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Have experience in customer-facing environments such as retail, hospitality, customer service, tourism, sports clubs, or community organisations
• Are confident using technology and learning new systems
• Have strong communication skills
• Bring a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
