What you will be doing

  • Providing desktop, laptop, mobile device and application support
  • Responding to and resolving incidents and service requests
  • Setting up, deploying and maintaining end-user technology
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding and equipment refreshes
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge articles and documentation
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participating in an on-call roster and after-hours support when required

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years experience in desktop support, service desk or end-user computing
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Experience supporting Microsoft desktop technologies, devices and collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Interest in continuous improvement and learning
