What You'll Be Doing
As a Policy Operations Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping deliver accurate, efficient, and customer-focused solutions. You will:
- Process policy transactions including new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
- Manage customer and policy changes accurately across multiple channels including phone, email and written correspondence
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and transaction issues
- Apply underwriting authority in line with guidelines, compliance requirements and business standards
- Support operational excellence through audits, quality reviews, training and continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to a positive team culture while delivering outstanding customer outcomes
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong attention to detail with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience in insurance operations, policy administration or a similar administrative environment
- Customer service or call centre experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence managing more complex customer enquiries
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to accuracy and delivering quality work
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
