What You'll Do
We're looking for two Enterprise Support Specialists to join the team, with one permanent opportunity and one 12-month fixed-term opportunity. Based in either Auckland or Hamilton, these are excellent opportunities to broaden your commercial, customer and operational experience while supporting some of Genesis' largest business customers.
Working alongside Sales, Pricing, Metering, Market, Switching and Customer Management teams, you'll gain exposure across the Enterprise business, build valuable relationships, and develop skills that will support your future career growth.
- Prepare tailored pricing and repricing proposals that support customer retention and acquisition objectives.
- Provide day-to-day support for Enterprise customers, managing enquiries, account requests and portfolio updates across multiple channels.
- Coordinate customer transfers and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support invoicing and account management activities, resolving issues and maintaining billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Metering, Market, Switching and Customer Management teams while identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
What You’ll Need

You’ll Ideally Bring
- Experience in customer service, account administration, billing administration or contract administration.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across a broad range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to support team success.
- Resilience, adaptability and a growth mindset, with enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence working across multiple systems.
