About The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, helping ensure smooth delivery in the field while managing budgets, resources, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

You'll play a key role in coordinating project activities, monitoring financial performance, and supporting field teams to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage maintenance and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules and delivery plans.

Coordinate resources, materials, plant, and subcontractors.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including:

Project Execution Plans

Health & Safety Plans

Environmental Plans

Risk Management Plans

Quality Plans

Communication Plans

Monitor project budgets, WIP, forecasting, and financial performance.

Provide timely and accurate reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage customer relationships and stakeholder communications.

Support field teams by ensuring they have the information, resources, and work packs required for delivery.

Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.

Lead project close-out activities, reconciliations, and lessons learned reviews.

Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

You'll be a strong communicator and relationship builder who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and delivering successful project outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience managing projects within the electrical, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or related industries.

Strong understanding of project and job management fundamentals.

Experience working with electrical distribution networks or similar infrastructure environments.

Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets and forecasting.

Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.

A Class 1 Driver Licence.

Qualifications

Relevant project management or leadership qualifications would be advantageous.
